Man accused of pushing 81-year-old usher at AC/DC concert

SUNRISE, Fla. – A South Florida man was arrested Tuesday after he pushed an 81-year-old usher at an AC/DC concert at the BB&T Center in Sunrise, police said.

According to an arrest report, two detectives were standing in a handicapped section when they heard a commotion coming from another area.

When the detectives looked over, they saw the victim asking Leslie Cookshott, 50, to clear the aisle, the report said.

Police said Cookshott pushed the usher will full force, causing him to fall into the seats.

Cookshott ran from the scene and detectives tackled him to the ground, the report said.

Police said Cookshott, who was clearly intoxicated, said that "he didn't do anything."

Cookshott was arrested on a felony battery charge against a victim over the age of 65.
