MIAMI-DADE, Fla. – Detectives with the Miami-Dade Police Department's robbery bureau were investigating an armed robbery at a car wash on Saturday.
About 4:45 p.m, two gunmen walked up to Sergio Salas and Omar Rangel who were at the car wash at 3705 NW 35 Ave.

They demanded cash and a gold chain. Even though the victims complied, one of them shot at Salas on the leg before leaving with about $400 and the chain, according to Det. Jennifer Capote.
Miami-Dade Fire Rescue took Salas to Jackson Memorial Hospital's Ryder Trauma Center, where he remained in stable condition.
