Car catches fire after crash in Plantation

3 people taken to hospital with minor injuries

PLANTATION, Fla. – A car caught on fire Wednesday after a crash at a Plantation intersection.

The Plantation Fire Department said a Toyota Corolla rear-ended a pickup truck at Sunrise Boulevard and Nob Hill Road.

The driver and two passengers in the Corolla were taken to Westside Regional Medical Center with minor injuries.

Everyone in the car got out before the fire started.

Firefighters extinguished the flames.
