WEST PARK, Fla. – Broward Sheriff's Office deputies arrested a man who allegedly performed a sex act in front of a 2-year-old.
Gary Palmer, 48, was booked Tuesday on lewd and lascivious charges and held on $25,000 bond.

According to the BSO, the child's mother told deputies that Palmer stood in the front yard of his West Park home and masturbated while staring in the direction of the woman and her 2-year-old daughter.
The mother said Palmer was wearing a green bathrobe.
When approached by a BSO deputy, Palmer said he had nothing to hide and allowed the officer to view the video surveillance taken from a camera inside his own home.
While viewing the tape, the deputy was able to see Palmer leaving his residence in a green bathrobe with nothing underneath and masturbating while looking across the street.
The officers arrested Palmer and confiscated the DVR and the bathrobe for evidence.
