MIAMI BEACH, Fla. – A construction accident on Collins Avenue in Miami Beach sent two workers to the hospital Tuesday morning.
The men were working on scaffolding on the second floor of a building under construction when an aluminum truss fell on them, according to the Miami Beach Fire Department.

Both men were taken to Mount Sinai Medical Center. Their injuries were not considered life-threatening.
It wasn't immediately known what caused the aluminum truss to fall.
The Occupational Safety and Health Administration has been notified.
