CORAL GABLES, Fla. – Two men, who were out having drinks at different bars Wednesday night in Coral Gables reported being drugged and robbed by a woman with a similar description, according to police.
The first man was at Hillstone restaurant on Miracle Mile when a woman at the bar struck up a conversation. They had drinks and then left the restaurant to go to his home, police said. The man said they had more drinks at his home, and he started to become light headed and suspected he'd been drugged.
When the man woke up the next day, his Rolex watch was missing, and there was no sign of the woman. He described her as short with long black hair, tattoos on her torso and back. She was wearing a shirt and a skirt.
On the same night, another man was at Morton's restaurant on Ponce De Leon Boulevard when a woman started talking to him. After a few drinks, they went to his home and continued drinking, police said.
The man said he woke up and his Rolex, cash and a firearm were stolen. He believed that he was drugged, police said.
The second victim described the woman as short with black hair and tattoos on her back. She was wearing a red dress and red-bottomed high heels with a clutch purse.
It's unknown what type of drug was used.
A similar incident happened on Dec. 18, when a man said he was drugged by a woman, who stole two of his watches.
