BROWARD COUNTY, Fla. – Two people have been arrested in connection to 10 Jimmy John’s burglaries throughout Palm Beach and Broward counties, the Broward Sheriff’s Office said.
Devon Golding, 18, and a juvenile passenger were pulled over about 4 a.m. Sunday in the 2400 block of West Commercial Boulevard when a deputy noticed that the white, four-door Mercedes in which they were driving matched one on a BSO flier, deputies said.

The vehicle had an unassigned tag, according to deputies. Golding was arrested for the tag, knowingly driving with a suspended license and failure to register a motor vehicle.
A search of the vehicle revealed about $320.50 dollars in small bills and wrapped coins, gloves, Jimmy John’s hats and a flashlight, deputies said.
Both suspects later confessed to targeting 10 Jimmy John’s in a string of burglaries, deputies said.
They now face three burglary charges and one petit theft charge for crimes committed in Tamarac.
Detectives from the Coral Springs, Boca Raton and Fort Lauderdale police departments have added multiple charges for similar crimes committed within their jurisdictions, according to deputies.
