HOLLYWOOD, Fla. – A $10,000 reward is now being offered for information leading to an arrest in the fatal shooting of a 16-year-old boy in Hollywood last year.
Jacob Rivera was shot to death while walking near Johnson Street and North 66th Avenue on July 12, 2013, one day after his 16th birthday. His killer has not been caught.

Broward County Crime Stoppers is offering a reward of up to $3,000 for information leading to an arrest, but an additional reward of up to $7,000 is now being offered by anonymous donors.
Rivera's mother moved away from South Florida after his death to escape the pain of losing her child while knowing that the killer is still at large.
A surveillance camera caught a glimpse of the killer running away from the scene with a white shirt covering his head.
